The staggering statistics on workplace fatalities are a stark reminder that preventable deaths and injuries are a pervasive problem. According to Injury Facts, 4,695 workers lost their lives in preventable incidents in 2022.

 

Meanwhile, millions more suffered work-related medically consulted injuries. To mitigate these risks, it's crucial that employers prioritize providing a safe work environment, comprehensive training, and essential resources like PPE and tools. But safety is a shared responsibility that requires active participation from both management and workers alike.
